 Collaborated with healthcare quality SMEs to develop an accredited eLearning course (Ethics in Healthcare Quality) for national and international healthcare quality professionals. Worked with educational leaders to brand and design the course template using Articulate Storyline 360. Created a SharePoint hub and design documents used for course collaboration, management, and development. 

National Association of Healthcare Quality: Instructional Designer

 Worked to exceed corporate training goals by developing and updating 40+ training projects (eLearnings, VILTs, training and communication videos, technical training guides and job aids, and syllabi for role-specific training). Content areas of focus – leadership training, professional development workshops, corporate compliance, and other HR and organization-wide initiatives. Served on the Leadership Training Team and collaborated with department leaders to develop mentorship training content and helped to launch and communicate the virtual mentorship training program for the organization. Managed the virtual professional development workshop program. Developed training content, managed each workshop project, and co-hosted 7 virtual professional development workshops for employees, across the organization. 

RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation: Lead Corporate-track Instructional Designer

 Worked as a consultant on the Sales Engagement Team and developed various training content across the organization. Network Solutions: Developed a Fee-for-Value (FFV) onboarding training program (4-course eLearning educational series, microlearning job aids and infographics, and an FFV Microsoft Teams learning platform) Contract Administration: Developed terminology flashcard eLearning, project management VILT, and several microlearning videos, graphics, and documents Enterprise Network Information: Developed a Network Information Requester Dashboard (NIRD) software training and communication video 

Health Care Service Corporation: Instructional Design Consultant

 Worked in the Department of Education and Professional Development and helped expand RRC's educational portfolio by developing new educational program offerings (ILTs, VILTs, and eLearning) for top real estate brokers and agents across the U.S. Built the broadly successful VILT training initiative, the Virtual Pro Program. Conducted the front-end analysis for the program and designed, developed, piloted, and helped to transition the program into production to help top real estate agents and brokers, across the U.S., achieve their CRS designation educational requirements at a rate of 50% faster. Converted 8 ILT courses into 8 VILT courses for the Virtual Pro Program. Formed and led the Virtual Pro Task Team to help communicate the new Virtual Pro Program across the organization - fueling branding, sponsorship, and mentorship initiatives. 

Residential Real Estate Council: Instructional Designer

 Developed COMPASS leadership training, a 2-day, instructor-led training workshop for Operations Managers across DHL eCommerce America. The workshop contained Everything DiSC Training content repurposed for the organization. Conducted a train-the-trainer session for Learning and Development Training Specialists who needed to facilitate the COMPASS course. Developed an Operations Trainer Onboarding Guide and hybrid training program (60% web-based training content and 40% hands-on functional operations training) to help Operations Trainers become orientated in their new leadership roles. 

DHL eCommerce America: Instructional Designer

 Collaborated with department leaders, the Department of Graduate Medical Education, and partnering regulatory bodies to coordinate the training program for fellow and resident doctors in Behavioral Sciences (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, orientation, offboarding, learning content and assessments, MedHub LMS, and EPIC information management system). Served on the Graduate Medical Education Committee for Process Improvement and helped to assess task management for training coordinators across the organization. Improved work processes by developing a job aid and 1-hour workshop on the use of project management software to help streamline task management for training coordinators. Developed and managed a Microsoft Access database to streamline, track, and report mandated residency data 5 years post-training.
